John Smythe and Natasha Brooks formed iBusinessing after several years of “side-work” web site and database development.  Both graduates in the Information Technology field, John and Natasha now use their experience and education to assist small businesses and non-profit organizations into becoming 21^st century companies.

John Smythe received his Bachelors degree in Information Systems from Pierce College of Philadelphia Pennsylvania.  This was followed by completing 60 graduate credits in Technology Management at Marshall University of West Virginia.  His education has benefited numerous companies including several years as a contractor for Independence Blue Cross as a database developer, two years as a Technology Field Coordinator for the Free Library of Philadelphia and several more years as an Access Developer for HOPE Community Development Center.  John specializes in Microsoft Access development, with supplemental skills in Visual Basic .Net and SQL Server 2005 administration.

Natasha Brooks received her Bachelors degree in Computer Information Technology from Marshall University of West Virginia.  With several years of side work in web site development, Natasha moved her skills to Harris Connect of Virginia, where she further gained skills in application development.  Secondary skills learned at this company included data maintenance, project management and applied organizational management.  Natasha is currently pursuing certifications in CIW(Certified Internet Webmaster)
